Club Villain at Sunset Showcase at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Timing is running out….don’t miss your opportunity to take in the fabulous entertainment hosted by Dr. Facillier, with special appearances by four wickedly wonderful villains.

All-you-care-to-enjoy New Orleans-style food includes creamy polenta with sautéed spicy shrimp, herb-rubbed strip-loin of beef, black-eyed peas, Cajun chicken gumbo and sticky pig wings. But be sure to save room for deviously delicious desserts.

The cheesecake pushup and mini cupcakes (complete with chocolate horns) were inspired by Maleficent. It’ll be off with your head once you sample the desserts inspired by the Queen of Hearts—a red velvet cupcake and macaron. Apple Dearie? Green apple mousse and truffles are inspired by the Evil Queen. Finally, inspired by my favorite villain, Cruella de Vil, is panna cotta with chocolate sauce and mini dog bones and a chocolate tart.

Themed adult beverages include the Cursed Violet (citrus vodka, creme de cassis and lemonade), the Devious Dalmatian (Godiva white chocolate liqueur, coconut milk and boba pearls), Bleeding Heart Sangria and the Poisoned Cinnamon Apple (Fireball whiskey and hard cider). A selection of beer, wine, bottled water, and soft drinks are also available.

Don’t miss your chance to experience Club Villain! Time is running out….reservations made by visiting or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. A separate ticket for admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios is required.

Dining Plans: How to Decide?

One of the common questions we hear about the dining plan is: How do I know if it’s right for my family? The Dining Plan can provide value to your Disney vacation and prove to be convenience saver if used properly. There are several considerations you should first understand such as, the difference within the plans, how it works, and your dining and location choices. Based on the needs of your family and budget there are three different plan options to choose. The Quick-Service Dining Plan gives you 2 quick-service entitlements & 1 snack entitlement per person, per night of your stay. The Disney Dining Plan gives you 1 table and 1 quick-service & 1 snack entitlement. The Deluxe Plan offers 3-table service and 2 snack entitlements and is the most expensive of the plans. You can only purchase a dining plan if you book a Disney vacation package (staying at a Disney Resort and park tickets purchased).

Next, consider your family’s eating habits and whether you plan on eating most meals at the Parks. Helpful hint: Before deciding if a plan works for you take some time to look at menu prices compared to what you would order. For example, the Deluxe Plan comes with 3 table-service meals per day and 2 snacks. A table service usually includes an appetizer, entrée, dessert and beverage. That can be a lot of food depending on your family. Here’s where the Disney Dining Plan may be a better option especially if you are thinking about dinner shows. These shows are entertaining and can be expensive if paying but otherwise can be a good value if you are using entitlements from our plan.

Overall, your family’s habits and budget should be the main considerations when deciding is the Dining Plan is right for you!!

Dining Plans are accepted at most Walt Disney World Dining Locations. However, there are exceptions. Please Check the resources below to view all of the Quick Service, Table Service and Snack locations that accept Dining Plans.,fast-casual,food-truck/

Fun for Tweens too!

Have you been waiting for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park to extend into the evening? Well, the wait is almost over! Beginning April 22, Animal Kingdom Park will transition from a day-into-night theme park showcasing the magic of nature after dark.  While this is exciting for everyone of all ages, in particular this transition will bring new and exciting experiences for Tweens!

When the sun sets, the popular Village of Harambe will become a hot spot for families with the new Harambe Wildlife Parti. Here Tweens can dance alongside local street musicians and entertainers, taste some exotic foods and shop for goodies with the merchants. And the new Discovery Island Carnival will captivate older children with lively music, spirited dance, vibrant costumes, and tasty culinary creations, spreading from one end of the island to the other.

They’re back! Spielberg and Ford together again #Indiana Jones

Disney announced very exciting news for those Indiana Jones fans! Director Steven Spielberg and star Harrison ford will make a fifth “Indiana Jones” film, to screen July 19, 2019.

News for the studio, “Steven Spielberg, who directed all four previous films, will helm the as-yet-untitled project with star Harrison Ford reprising his iconic role. Franchise veterans Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall will produce.”

Production of a new installment about the dashing archaeologist fits with Disney’s strategy of focusing on big-budget franchise films that can attract big audiences but also provide myriad spin-off ancillary opportunities via other media, theme park attractions and merchandising. The first Indiana Jones film, “Raiders of the Los Ark,” debuted in 1981. The last, “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” came in 2008.

Walt Disney Studios chairman Alan Horn called the Jones character “one of the greatest heroes in cinematic history,” adding, “It’s rare to have such a perfect combination of director, producers, actor and role, and we couldn’t be more excited to embark on this adventure with Harrison and Steven.”

The four previous Jones films — including 1984’s “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom,” and 1989’s “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade,” have brought in nearly $2 billion in box office worldwide.
